(Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz Blend)
…is a 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Its elegant flavours come from the cool climate and long ripening period of
the Denmark district. The judicious use of oak containers has allowed the fine varietal flavours to dominate.

A highly aromatic riesling with dominant floral and fruit characters.
Although a sweeter style it has a clean acid finish making it a refreshing
drink.
